LOCATION
We are located near the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas and currently do not ship. We hand deliver all of our orders in Houston and surrounding areas. Once you receive your invoice, it will have all the pertinent information such as pick up address and instructions.
ORDERING
There are buttons in several spots on the website that say “Order Here” that you can click and it will take you directly to our Order Request Form that you can fill out for us to review. Please answer all the questions to the best of your ability so that we can better assist you. We will do our best to contact you by email within 24-48 hours with a quote for delivery and how to pay.
**We require orders to be submitted 24 hours in advance of when it is needed to have enough time to properly prepare. If you are requesting a larger order such as a Texas or Luxe board, please give us at least 5 days notice. If you are requiring additional items such as plates, napkins, and picks, please let me know and I will be happy to provide you a quote but they do not come included. If you have a last minute order request, please call us to so see if we can squeeze you in. (the earlier you call us the better chance you have, unless its during holiday weeks).
PICK UP
If you selected pick up, the email we send you will include the CONTACT FREE pick up instructions as well as the pickup address.
We will contact you when it is within an hour to thirty minutes of your pick up to give you an update on the status of your order.o ensure your order is ready for pickup, please CALL us to check on the status of your order. We do not check e-mails during the work day due to our busy schedule.
**We do ask that when you are pulling up to the pickup location, that you call us to let us know who you are and what you are picking up, please remain in your car until we have placed your order outside for you to pick up CONTACT FREE.

DELIVERY
If you selected delivery in your order request form, the email we send to you will include the delivery fee cost and instructions for the CONTACT FREE delivery. Delivery fees start at $15 and is calculated depending on your distance from us.
Your order will be delivered within the time frame that you chose when filling out your order form. Please write in the notes the time of your event so that we make note of it. We do our best to get your order delivered at the beginning of your time window, but we cannot guarantee it will be right at the beginning. Please be patient with us, we send our delivery driver out with multiple orders at a time and they deliver them on the quickest route possible.
SENDING A GIFT
If you are sending a gift to someone, please make sure the recipient will be home at the delivery time provided. If we are unable to deliver due to the recipient not answering or is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you to let you know. If this results in us having to take the gift back with us, arrangements will have to be made for either pickup or an additional delivery fee will be charged.
PAYMENT
Please note that payment needs to be received within 24 hours of receiving the invoice email. If payment is not received, the order will be considered abandoned.
Payment must be received for your order to be confirmed. Orders are subject to availability.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds, however we can order can provide you with a credit to be used at a different time.
